STEP 3
WE CARE FOR YOUR LINENS
Your linens are professionally sorted, laundered, dried, quality checked, folded, and packaged according to the selected service.
STEP 4
WE RETURN THEM

Your designated bag
YOUR LINEN COLLECTIVE SERVICE BAG
Every membership customer receives a designated Linen Collective service bag designed to hold up to 20 lbs of accepted business linens.
Your bag, your account, your route.
- Each business receives a designated service bag assigned specifically to that business.
- The bag is designed to hold up to 20 lbs — one full bag represents one included load.
- Place your accepted dirty linens inside the designated bag before pickup.
- The bag remains assigned to your business while you are an active Linen Collective customer.
- The service bag remains the property of The Linen Collective.
- The bag must be available with your linens at the scheduled pickup.
- Please do not overfill the bag beyond the 20-lb capacity.
- Additional bags may be provided or made available for approved additional service needs.
A TEAM MEMBER MUST BE PRESENT
For the security, accountability, and proper handling of your business linens, an authorized representative from your business must be present during every scheduled pickup and drop-off window.
- Pickup: An authorized team member must be available to provide the designated Linen Collective service bag(s) to our team.
- Drop-off: An authorized team member must be available to receive the clean linens.
If no authorized representative is available during the scheduled pickup or drop-off window, the service may need to be rescheduled and an applicable rescheduling or additional service fee may apply according to the Linen Service Agreement.
Missed Pickup Or Drop-Off
Customers are responsible for being available during their selected pickup and drop-off window. If no authorized representative is present, the appointment is marked as missed, the customer is notified, and The Linen Collective will reschedule according to route availability. Any applicable fee is applied according to the Service Agreement. Same-day reattempts are not guaranteed.
