$45 is a one-time payment. It is not $45 per week, not $45 per month, not a membership, not a subscription, not a recurring payment, and not a first-month price. There is no recurring charge for the $45 One-Time Trial Pickup.

First-month pricing is promotional and applies to your first month only. Regular monthly prices are $129, $229, and $319 per month.
Introductory service is subject to service-area, route, accepted-linen, and processing availability. Each included load or pickup covers up to 20 lbs of accepted business linens.

Regular monthly plans
$45 = one pickup, one time. Monthly plans include a special first-month rate: Essential $99 then $129/month, Professional $150 then $229/month, Studio $250 then $319/month.
Monthly plans begin with an initial three-month service commitment. After the initial commitment, service continues month-to-month until canceled according to the Linen Service Agreement.
Your selected monthly plan is a recurring service and will automatically renew and bill according to the Linen Service Agreement.

Need a pickup outside your scheduled membership route? Additional pickup requests are $25 and are subject to route availability. An additional pickup does not automatically include additional laundry capacity unless an additional load is also purchased.

Pickup windows are selected during booking based on your membership plan.
A TEAM MEMBER MUST BE PRESENT
For the security, accountability, and proper handling of your business linens, an authorized representative from your business must be present during every scheduled pickup and drop-off window.
- Pickup: An authorized team member must be available to provide the designated Linen Collective service bag(s) to our team.
- Drop-off: An authorized team member must be available to receive the clean linens.
If no authorized representative is available during the scheduled pickup or drop-off window, the service may need to be rescheduled and an applicable rescheduling or additional service fee may apply according to the Linen Service Agreement.
Three-Month Commitment
Monthly plans begin with an initial three-month service commitment. After the initial commitment, service continues month-to-month until canceled according to the Linen Service Agreement.
Your selected monthly plan is a recurring service and will automatically renew and bill according to the Linen Service Agreement.
Your first month is billed at the introductory rate. After the introductory month, your plan continues at its regular monthly price according to the Linen Service Agreement.
You'll acknowledge the Linen Service Agreement and recurring billing terms before completing a monthly subscription.
